30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your ScaryBrew arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a full replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the damage so we can resolve it quickly.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@scarysips.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Return Shipping
For damaged or defective items, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
